THE TOUR!!!!
The choir I had created at work went on it's 1st tour today! It was a great experience. They had selected two songs to sing in different areas of the hospital. We sang "Candle on the Water" and "Leaving on a Jet Plane." I had one of the patients accompanied the group on the guitar for the John Denver song. Needless to say, I had this song in my head the remainder of the day... especially as my cousin and I boarded a "jet plane" that night to go to Arizona.
The choir was a hit everywhere we went, and I am already thinking about how to make our next concert tour at Christmas time be even more spectacular.
