Charting
I actually completed all my charting for Monday on Monday! This is a big thing for me, because it's my busiest day with groups, and I tend to be so tired after my last group that I decide to go home and just chart the next day. But I stayed at work until charting was ALL done. I don't know why I don't do that more often. It was actually nice not to have to worry about it during the week.
